The Roman Candle

Lately my work schedule has been throwing my life-balance groove for a loop.
I'm used to having a weekday off every now and then, but that's no longer the case.
So we (and by "we" I mean "I") haven't been able to keep up with the meal planning/making as well.

So tonight we went to the Roman Candle in Middleton, WI.

It's about 2 miles away from our apartment.

Cute atmosphere and great pizza.

I like it because I can get pizza by the slice, and get all the stuff Joe doesn't like.
In this case, it was Roma tomatoes, banana peppers and mushrooms (although Joe does love mushrooms).

OK- that slice needs to slide off the computer screen into my mouth.

Have you tried Husnus yet? I think I am off on the spelling. It is on State St. across from what was Urban Outfitters 19 yrs ago- Crap! it's been 19 years since I lived in Madison. They had this vegitarian sandwich that I would save up for (I was dirt poor). I really cannot remember what all was in it, but anything of the menu was amazing!

Love your white jumper!
Going out is a good thing, the slice of pizza looks delish.

We're off to Husnus this weekend, actually. :)

Are you coming back to town Lizzie or are you going to be in Chicago permanently?
